Welding booths

The Geovent Welding booths, available as custom modular booths or welding islands.

Available in custom colour and design.

Before purchasing the booths, they may be visualized by means of 3D drawings.

Typically, in a welding booth there will be a service panel with connections for:

Power, compressed air as well as connections for the gases, oxygen, acetylene, argon and Co2, as well as a connection for an Extraction arm.

The connections may be tailored to specific customer requirements.

Description

The GEOVENT working environment / welding booths are used as sound barriers in connection with grinding processes, welding or as partitions for noisy machinery, etc.

The ceiling and the walls are made of 50 mm charcoal grey, plastisol-coated sandwich plates of steel and mineral wool. The ceiling plates are perforated on the inside for optimum noise reduction. The standard colour is charcoal grey; can however easily be supplied in more than 15 different colours.

Guidelines

Below is shown a price example of a complete booth. The parts

may be assembled according to own requirements, however, often

the following elements will be included:

? Side plate in required length, by means of a double U-bracket.

? Ceiling plate in required length, by means of a double U-bracket.

? Front plate with door or welding curtain.

? End bracket for securing the plate to the floor or in the ceiling.

? Angle brace, for the assembly of ceiling plate and wall plate in a 90° angle, for example.

? Double-U-bracket for the assembly/ extension of two plates in a 180° angle.
