Nozzles



Dependent on the purpose, Geovent supplies nozzles in many different designs. Here is a selection of our nozzles:

Type SE is an oval nozzle with vice grip. Fits on virtually all exhaust pipes - single and double. Dimensions ø75-ø100 and ø125 for cars, and ø125 and ø150 for trucks.

 

 

Type SA is made of a very flexible rubber compound, which fits on virtually all exhaust pipes - it simply adapts to the shape of your exhaust pipe. The design ensures that the nozzles do not scratch your painted skirts or bumpers on your car. The nozzles come with or without vice grip and with or without damper. Dimensions are ø80-100-125 and 150 mm.

 

 

Type S

 

Y-coupling for cars with double exhaust.

 

Type SB fits completely airtight to the exhaust pipe by means of the compressed air-inflatable bellows. The nozzle SB is to be connected to clean and dry compressed air at 1 bar. The nozzles fit both single and double exhaust pipes.

Rubber multi pipe stubs

 

Type AU is for the extraction of exhaust fumes in combination with measuring of the engine on a roll field etc., where the demand for extracted air volume is large. The funnel is constructed in such a way that it has no influence on the test results. The funnel is provided with a waste tray and a height adjustable stand. Dimensions: ø150 and ø200 mm. Made in epoxy painted steel.

 

Nozzles with spring-loaded flap fit on virtually all single exhaust pipes. The nozzle can be mounted on systems with quick couplings, hose lifts, channel ducts and hose reels. Dimensions are ø80, 100, 125, 150 and with extended diameter ø100/130 and ø125/150. The nozzles have outlets for CO-measuring.

 

Type ST with adjustable vice grips and rubber lips. All steel parts incl. grips are epoxy painted - as standard yellow RAL 1007.
