Description

A modular filter solution for the effective filtration of extracted air from processes such as welding, grinding, sandblasting, laser cutting and powder enamelling. The GeoFilter GFA is suitable for airflows of up to 12,000 m³/h depending on dust/fume load. Should the need for a larger capacity arise, several filters can be connected in parallel. The filter cartridges are cleaned by means of a fully automated, pneumatic cleaning system. The waste is collected in buckets with a snap lock under the filter - for easy emptying.

 



  • Modular design - several filters can be connected in parallel
  • Cabinet - galvanized and powder enamelled.
  • Filter cleaning system - PLC controlled pneumatic system with one pulse valve per filter cartridge. Adjustable cleaning cycle and clock.
  • Pneumatic cleaning tank - integrated in the door, 15 litres per module.
  • Filtration efficiency - minimum 99.90% at 0.3 µm according to BIA-test U.S.G.C.
  • Filter substitution - easy to change through the lockable door.
  • Collection system - the dust is collected in a bucket with snap lock under the filter cone, for easy emptying.
