Many spot extraction systems are only used effectively 5-20% of a working day. Therefore, in most cases there is a lot of money to save, when the system is energy optimized. At GEOVENT, we have the components and the knowhow to supply optimized extraction.

 



All Geovent Fans can be mounted with integrated VARMECA frequency inverters in the terminal box. The installation is simple and does not require any shielded cables or EMC filters. See an illustration of the installation on our supplier's homepage here.

 



The Geovent Fans with frequency inverter can be speed regulated by a pressure transducer, which results in low energy consumption, when only a few outlets are opened.



All types of control panels are customized solutions to fulfill your requirements.



Mounted with an inductive sensor, which senses if the welding machine or grinder, etc. is in use, and then it sends a signal to the PowerDetector. The PowerDetector can automatically give a signal to start the Fan and/or open a quick-action damper.



The Flowguard is an indispensable component in the energy optimized extraction system, because the Flowguard gives a sign to the frequency inverter to reduce or increase the pressure, so that you always have the correct and economical flow.
